Getting in the Halloween Spirit

Halloween has come early to our house.  Actually I was asked to sub during BUNCO night and I promised to bring dessert.  Nothing better than bite size mini chocolate cupcakes with buttercream frosting.  I made the stand as well, thanks to the amazing creativity of my friend Stephanie.  Looks like I've got a Halloween themed birthday party coming up very soon.  And what is Halloween without delicious, beautiful sugar cookies?
